The Holders who have provided Camophy with the Personal Data of the beneficiaries or contacts, must notify the latter Holders of having provided their Personal Data to Camophy and the content of this Privacy Notice, the above, regardless of the notification that Camophy will make to said Holders of the Privacy Notice at the first contact it has with the latter.

Camophy declares that the processing of Personal Data provided by the Owner to Camophy will be limited to the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this privacy notice and to different purposes that are compatible or analogous to those established in said notice, without requiring the consent of the Owner to be obtained again.

Express consent will not be necessary for the processing of Personal Data when its handling has the purpose of fulfilling obligations derived from a legal relationship between the Owner and Camophy, nor in the cases contemplated in article 10 of the Law. The above without prejudice to the power that the Owner has to exercise the ARCO Rights in terms of the Law.
